So today I decided to try a new menu, it been months I ate yam and egg, let me show you my cooking skill
Ingredients:
Yam
Eggs
Ugu
Maggi
Tomatoes
Ginger
Garlic
Turmeric
Thyme
Onions
Pepper
Crayfish
Salt
Sachet tomato’s
Stay with while I update you

What a Combo for an egg sauce

Which kain combo be this?

This one pass egg sauce o!!!

Kuku leave the egg out of the equation, do your normal sauce, boil the egg for later use.

Next time ehn, first fry the tomato paste for some minutes to remove the sourness, before adding the fresh tomatoes.

Finally,
I added my ingredients then allowed it to boil for some minutes, then I added my egg and allowed for some minute before adding my ugu leaf

Next I will cook okra soup this weekend

Bet9ja ni, ThankGod I stopped it long back , omo j hate to eat outside sometimes and since I know how to cook what the need

I often see turmeric as a "coloring" spice, does it have any special effects in meals?
