You believe kidnappers, bandits and every other criminal actors in this country has Godfathers,directors, producers and executive producers in government so if it's about stashed cash they are all in hard currency furthermore they control the banking sectors and money market.
The only logic here is the economic facts and the realities on ground one of which is the printing will cost huge sum of not available resources even at the demise of this administration.
