I also wonder why the Hausa don't seem to be bothered by Fulani domination. Are they comfortable with that? The few Hausa friends I know don't complain. I wonder if it is out of fear of the Fulani. And the Hausas, like most other tribes in the North ( including Southern Kaduna) usually vote for the Fulani elites during national elections.

Bandits will have no problem redistributing their cash. None at all and the capacity to check and track the notes as you are suggesting does not exist outside the movies

Easy break it into smaller bits and distribute it via ordinary people in the markets buying cows rice gold dollars . If they are able to break into prisons and release hundreds of people that is a minor task in 3 months. They will get help from the officials of the same CBN
