So, I eventually was able to have an experience with the felicity IVPS 3.5kVA transformer inverter.
no load consumption was +50Watts, no dry contacts. I'm not sure I'll easily recommend it again for those two reasons.

Yea most likely toroidal with 18w idle consumption for 3.5kva. I can't take the case of without voiding the warranty because of the sticker. The float and bulk voltage are editable unfortunately the range of float is between 13-14v (depend on system voltage)

This discussion started as a pf discussion, there is some misconception that the pf is set by energy source whereas it is mostly driven by the energy consumers.

Your inverter may simply have transformer rated above 3kw and components speced above that working tolerance and so appear better since the name plate has been undercalled.

Whether you can run sustained at 100% load or close to it off that inverter with no ill effects is to be determined I think - there is a temperature derating for all power electronics which should be respected for their longevity.

The inverter was not used to measure the load, rather a fangpusun bmv 700. The 92% indicator was on the inverter display. Before said inveter{famicare 3.5kva} was bought I thought it would do max 2800w but for it to exceed 3000 watts without overload error is a win for me

I plan to be getting the other materials needed little by little because funds are not readily available. I need help on what to focus on getting next which is very important and can help with my system.

And I also need the best setup recommendation to get the optimum output functionality from the batteries. I currently have a load of around 1020 watts: (1 TV, 1 fridge, 1 laptop, 1 ps4, 2 qasa rechargeable fans, 1 OX fan (rated 150w) and several light bulbs (security light included)) and I hope to get a freezer in the future.

I'm planning to buy all components one by one (depending on my financial capability) and then call an installer to help with it as my knowledge is not enough to DIY at the moment.

Good start you can either run 12v in Parallel (cheapest route) if your inverter supports lithium charging or you get a 24v inverter and run your cells in 24v....all the best

I will recommend you get a 24v 3.5kva SRNE Hybrid inverter with a built-in MPPT (150v). A 3.5kva should be able to handle all your current & future loads (deep freezer) and with a built-in MPPT saves you the cost of buying a separate charge controller. SRNE is also a good brand with an authorized dealer in Lagos for your warranty issues. But dollar prices are going up so you may need to adjust your budget a little. Contact Mr Ugo below for a quote. For solar panels, i recommend you get Yingli solar panels from their dealer in Lagos. A 380W or 450W panel should be okay for your setup (8 pieces). Yingli solar panels are budget friendly and far more reliable than those nameless chinese panels that are flooding the market.
