OMG, my post was so blunt, it was painful when I reread it. I just meant that those that cannot afford to eat etc should go back to farming in their various villages so that they can at least get food to eat . They should not stay back in the city and die of hunger. That is what I meant to convey.

it ok, I just want to bring attention to the fact things are hard irrespective of where you are in this country. Buying fertiliser Is not easy for people who just farm for their survival. The deplorable condition of things in this country is alarming. Imagine something I bought for 6500 Dollars which was about #1.2m in late 2017 now it is about #5m it is real excruciating to path with such money.
