*Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Wizkid, has shared his thoughts on Nigeria’s upcoming presidential election in 2023

*In a recent interview with The Guardian, the More Love, Less Ego star, expressed his dissatisfaction at Nigeria’s old leaders

*According to him, all the old leaders are going out of power and they need to chill at the old people’s home.

Much loved Nigerian singer, Wizkid, recently shared his take on the country’s politics in an interview. While speaking with The Guardian, the Grammy-winning artiste explained that it was hard to celebrate Nigeria’s independence in October, which also happened to be the month for the End SARS memorial.

Not stopping there, Wizkid added that Nigerians are however amazing people and he is proud of them doing big things around the world.

"There’s nothing to celebrate,” he sighs. “Except that [Nigerians] are amazing people in music, sports, comedy – entertainment in general. I’m proud of young Nigerians doing things around the world in tech. I have amazing friends, doing amazing things. That’s it, though. There’s nothing else.”

Also in the interview, the Star Boy spoke on his plan for the upcoming presidential election. He said:

I'm about to go crazy on their as*ses this election”.

He then added that of all the old men were gradually going out of power and he suggested they chill out at the old people’s home. In his words:

“All these old men are going out of power this time. They need to go to an old people’s home and chill out.”

Recall that this would be the first time Wizkid will talk about politics or elections in his entire music career, he sounded Obidient.

The 2023 Election will determine where we are heading as a nation.

Whether we will finally have sense or continue tribal and religious politics as if poverty knows any tribe or religion.

Nigerian politicians don't seem to know what's going to befall them next year. They don't want to retire rather, they want to keep impoverishing Nigerians till they breathe their last. Isn't that wickedness?

One of them ordered the military at Bonny Camp to go to Lekki to shoot at unarmed Nigerian youths at the lekki toll gate in which some youths died and still expect the same people to vote him next year? .Not even a mad person would think of voting such a wicked old man.

Like i said before, may God bless Dr Ayo of Grandvill Medical opposite VGC who rescued some of our members by treating them free of charge...those who sustained heavy gunshot wounds, Yet, some children of evil were claiming nobody was shot and nobody died, despite proofs at the lagos state givernment's kangaroo hearing.

I could remember Dr Ayo rejected some wounded endsars members due to the serious injuries sustained and they were referred to Luth and Lasuth. While some made it there, some died on their way due to excessive bleeding. Sanwoolu himself confirmed he saw 2 of them at lasuth, brought to the hospital from the lekki toll gate.
