Firstly what's the meaning of picture 1 sign on my dashboard. It has been constant for a while now.

Then secondly , the door sign constantly stays on too. I've checked locked unlocked and locked yet it won't still go off.

It will take a miracle to remove the first one although it can be done. Just ignore

For real? What does that mean and do you experience it too?. I know it has to do with engine but the engine is okay. Or it signals impending doom to the engine.?

First one is a check engine light.. it means a/some engine components is not working correctly

Second one means one of the door(s) is/are open.. if they are properly closed, the door switch has malfunctioned

The first sign means there's a problem with the power train, that is either with the engine or the transmission.

I don't agree with this joke you all are joking here, does that means we don't read our car manuals, the first one is a sign that your brain box is developing fault, but is going to last you for long, my own car has been showing it up close to two years now, so that panic, just ignore it and move on

The First one is an indication that a component or Components in d engine room, needs attention. But you can ignore it as long as ur engine is running smooth...

The only time that *check Engine* should be a burden to you, is only when it keeps blinking continuously... Its a sign that a coil or plugs needs changing, and ur engine will automatically lose power...

The second sign is ur door lock symbol. If u keep seeing this sign after closing ur doors, it could mean either one or more of ur door switches is faulty, or the lock hatch, depending on the type of ur car...

The door light showing steadily on ur dash, is liable to running down ur car battery when parked...

So please, when parking d car at home, remove one of ur battery terminals to avoid battery drain...

2. One door is unlocked... if all door is locked... then door lock sensor is bad
