I started with a 454 grams (1Lb) of lean ground beef and 1Lb of spicy+sweet Italian sausages into a non-stick pot. There's no need to add any oil to the pot. I broke them apart, then I added some two chopped onions, 5 chopped garlic cloves into the pot.
