Where in Ago Palace way? When did you move into the apartment? A friend stayed in Ago in 2017 and was paying 500k for 1bedroom.

Lagos Landlords are crooks.

They will keep renting out apartments when they know they are also sourcing for a buyer to purchase the building.


That was how at the beginning of this year, they wanted to send me back to relegation just three months after packing into an apartment I just rented but thank God for grace.... Had to source for money to rent another apartment before new owners came to demolish the building. The loss I incurred still pain me till date.


Before renting any apartment in Lagos, do a thorough research and find out if the building is on the market for sale or not.

Till date, I have no regret that I left Lagos. How can you be stuck in traffic for more than 4hrs only to get home to meet high cost of accommodation. Nah, nah. It doesn't work for me like that o.
I felt I was just surviving in Lagos and I was surely gonna get old before my time

I read on Twitter that it was 600k in 2020 and the landlord takes 2yrs but tenants no dey stay reach 1 year. Heat, darkness and rain dey enter the apartment.

600k for this house , Money that will go a long way in getting a plot of land. Ookay!

I believe only those who suffer "i must live in Lagos" syndrome that will pay for such. see house like what i dont know.
