Normally those 2 years he hard spent are in cause of investigations to proove him quilty or otherwise, jail term starts from d day that idiot called him self judge Wright Otis pronounced Hoshpupi guilty of d crime basse on substantial evidence or confessional statement made by d acused party with out duress. First of all convicted criminals are not allowed to hold office in Nigeria ( that is there is concrete proof you were charged and sentenced ) .
