Life is short
I know that when we are young we feel like we have got all the time in the world
We feel like we are going to live forever
But when we get a little bit older we realize that we have a limited amount of time to live.
Let's say on Average humans live 80years
Did you know as human beings on Average we spend 26 years sleeping or resting?
The more shocking part is that we spend another 7 years trying to fall asleep.
We send 11 years just watching tv and browsing
We also spend 5 years eating because we need food and energy
You may think that we spend a lot of time in school but the truth is that we don't
Believe it or not, in primary and secondary school we have only spent 1 year.
Then we also send 1 year in romance if you are dating going out on a date or going out
We spend one or two years exciting
Let's say you have to go to work
And on average, you spend 26 minutes preparing and going to work after 40 years of working
You have spent 1 year of your life just preparing and going to work I didn't say working I said just preparing and going to work.
We are not done let's say you want to learn a skill and become a master in your chosen field
On average it takes 7 to 10 years to become a master in anything
After everything you have just 17 years to live 17 to create the life, you want 17 to spend time with your family and friends 17 years to sit with your wife and kids 17 to do the stuff that you love doing.
You have 17 if you did not make a lot of mistakes if you did you may have less than 10 years
Then why waste your life doing things that won't help or add value to your life
A tip for you anytime you are doing something ask you self is this the most profitable thing I should be doing or is there something else worth my time.
