The attached is an interesting photo. These days, there are many IT programs that teach Nigerians and Africans various tech skills, including programming, software development, etc. for free.

In the next decade, I predict the number of IT professionals in the country would have quadrupled at least. It'd be interesting to see how this change can help fight corruption in Nigeria using tech, especially software development and software engineering.

We've many smart youths in Nigeria that should be able to achieve this great feat.

(Sadly, there are many dull, unpatriotic youths too that can sabotage these efforts.)
