Please how do I get rid of scalp dandruff forever?
I tried ketoconazole's lotions and creams, seems like those medications aren't working especially during harmattan.

Get anti-dandruff shampoo and use hair cream after wards

Pls clear all the hair on your head.
Bath twice a day (morning and Night) after which you apply petroleum jelly on your head. one month is all it needs
