They have one of the best cultural values on earth, imbibed in them right from childhood. As a young Japanese child in school, students clean up their environment themselves, as schools do not hire janitors. You can't grow up with such value and be throwing thrash from your car window onto the roads

In Nigeria Yorubas and the igbos top the two most dirtiest tribes.

A Yoruba woman who grinds/mills grains for a living doesn’t mind leaving the gutter dirty close to where she ekes her living.
Same applies to the igbo man,who only sweeps inside his shop and doesn’t mind if the surrounding is as dirty as a pit toilet. To them only the inside matters.
