Justice Emmanuel Adema Obile of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has disqualified the Rivers All Progressives Congress (APC) Guber Candidate, Tonye Cole.

The suit was instituted by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) asking the Court to disqualify the Candidate.

-On grounds of dual citizenship for voluntarily acquiring citizenship of United Kingdom and declaration of allegiance to same country,

-For not being duly nominated by his political party and non-compliance with provisions of the Electoral Act.

-INEC not monitoring the delegates' election that produced him.

The governorship election is between PDP fubara and SDP abe.
The presidential election is between Peter obi and himself.

Tonye Cole, let me give you the summary of the judgement for free incase you have not read it or you have read it but you don't understand it.

The judgement says you should go to your house and "Cole" down and forget being Governor of Rivers state.

From the candidate for other elective posts to their governorship candidate, they all went down. All because of the battle of wits and ego between Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi and Magnus Abe. Where is Chris Finebone sef?

This is why I laughed when Tinubu’s miscreants and urchins were hallucinating about Rivers State including Dave Umahi message to Wike on behalf of Tinubu.
