Umuahia to Okigwe is a journey of 30 minutes max. But you can spend up to 1 hour or 75 minutes on the road because there are at least 10 checkpoints there.

From Okigwe to Uturu where my alma mater is be like 15 minutes, but there are like 7 checkpoints on that road, yet early this year they were abducting entire buses on that short road. Abegi

You do have a point that our security forces are outnumbered but there are avoidable crimes that happen because they simply fail to do their job or they collude with criminals to extort those they are meant to protect.

This NPF is beyond redeemable. They should be disbanded and another police force trained from scratch.

I don't know when Nigeria Police will move away from archaic checkpoints to patrolling. Honestly I don't understand the essence of mounting checkpoints on the highways, it's not working and it'll definitely can't work.

Nigeria Police need someone like Buba Marwa at this juncture. That Man has performed miracle with NDLEA, even I won't mind him to take up the challenge and fix the police system.

PMB also can't be exonerated. He has helped a lot to equip and repositioning the Military, but apparently he neglects Police Force.

Only RRS seem standard in Nigeria, rest are simply Vigilante 2.0. Izzou.... apologies for misconstrued your post.

At what point would it be about Buhari’s inability to fully process and understand what is going on in critical sectors of the economy versus his advisers? The President is the minister of petroleum, I expect some sense of direction from him.
