Both Buhari and GEJ did not perform overall. If you are asking which was worse, I'd have to objectively say GEJs was considering the economy he inherited and supposedly grew. The irresponsible father that could not take care of his family of 6 with 30M a year is worse than the father who could not do same with 15M a year and a family of 7.
