It's done that way in the United States. For better or worse the Supreme Court picks and chooses the cases it wants to hear. There should be a method to force them to hear a case but alas there isn't.

Oga u talking rubbish.most of us don't blievin d justice system in naija so we settle our case in police station.if naija judiciary was working una go hav to do allnite for court as so many tins are wrong in d country.
