the universe is bound on destiny. Each man is attached to his own. Luck or grace are strings of a man's Destiny. Whatever anyone is today, he's destined to be.

In the aspect of wealth, No man is too hard working, smart, great or lucky. A fool can be rich same way a lazy man. We can only strive for daily bread (for food and to solve our personal needs), but you see wealth, is destiny related.

I know what you are trying to explain, on my own side I feel our decisions comes with multiple dimensions of result in regards to luck, like for example the man who out of good deeds decided to help a soldier with a lift on his way travelling, the soldier ended up killing him and stealing his car, maybe if he decided to be selfish he might be alive today.

Then a man decides to take his company's money to play lottery and then wins 100 million dollars and the company money he took is less than 1000 dollars and he even gives the company 50,000 dollars back to replace it, maybe if he wasn't selfish he may have never gotten that type of money in his entire life.

That's why I talked about decision in regards to luck, it is multi dimensional, it can produce various results .

But grace on the other hand is what gives and sustains regardless of decisions we take.

Whether we did something or not(good or bad) grace produces the same result because it was given not your action or inaction, it needs no event to take place for grace to happen, luck needs an event to happen.

Nigerians and the use of the word 'grace'. Brainwashed people.

China has a huge number of billionaires who are meant not to operate under your definition of grace.

Hard work and being lucky to be in the right place at the right time and taking the right decisions at the right time.

C'mon!

The hallmark of being a successful business person is having your businesses/assets generate returns without your active involvement. Tony is at that stage and now engages in what he really likes.

A lot of people need to learn about perception we see things in different ways . Some of us will not be where we are today if not for our parents, schools, pains, struggles and community none of which we choose ourselves.




One question you should ask is , is Tony Elumelu, Dangote, Bill gate , Mark Zuckerberg etc the most hardworking people in their field ? The earlier you understand we are living in a Matrix the better for you. A lot of people have potentials but find themselves in the wrong field, poor health , accidents , countries etc that has limited their potentials .


From my perspective I'd say it's fate . So long has you can't plan and predict outcome of the next second no matter how intelligent and hardworking you are . Then it's luck .
Imagine someone saying it's connection, there are people who have networks but can't utilize it because they are in the wrong settings .

Your destiny decides how far you will go in life, when you will die and how you will die and you cannot do anything about it just as Jesus Christ couldn't stop his own death even though He knew it was going to be painful, He wished it could pass away but then, He knew that was his destiny and his role in the script of life to fulfill God's will.

Jesus Christ was predestined to die, but he got the glorification through hardwork, and not by luck. All He suffered before/on the cross is what could be termed 'hardwork' if critically examined.
