That's not a funeral. Someone dies in the field and a service is held before his body is shipped home. Literally entails bringing the body from the mortuary, some officers say a few words, a guard of honour takes the body to the plane. Nothing elaborate, just a respectful send-off.
The attendees are usually whoever is at the HQ/rear base: brass, Support guys like Logs, Air Force technicians, Mechanics etc.

Not sure but could be radio relay stations

If so one possible application could be if that vsat terminal is nearby than it could take the sat feed and push it through the relay for dessimination over the last mile networks

Would you know what the trucks in the picture are used for ?
Is it a tactical mobile communication center?

This is a weird question.

How does someone know a country's army doctrine?

That's a policy document that sets how an army fights, how do you think that's going to be a public document?

See brief information on Nigerian army TRADOC.

Those trucks have vsat terminals for satellite communication (SATCOM)

For BLOS ( beyond line of sight ) communication

Plus the one in the background.
In my opinion could be for radio relay ie for line of sight communication ( LOS ) at larger distances given the high mast

Depending on what type of antenna & backend systems is used either point to point or multi point or broadcast link etc

The kdf uses the maneuver warfare concept (attrition through maneuver) as the main operational doctrine however it further categorizes doctrine into joint, operational, and tactical.
It argues that the highest and purest application of the maneuver approach is to pre-empt the enemy, that is, to disarm or neutralize the enemy before the actual fight rather than destroying the enemy by mass by attrition...but I cannot say that it is a distinctly Kenya Army doctrine.....we are still updating /developing our doctrine through the various operational experiences we are getting exposed to.

casing point is the capture of kismayu, where kdf sought to avoid alshabaabs strengths , i.e., where they had set their primary defenses while exploiting their weaknesses that is, attacking from 2 different fronts effectively disorienting their command and co-ordination thus capturing the city with little resistance mounted by Al-Shabaab.

There was something I read on our Army's fighting doctrine circa 2016

It's going to be hard to pull out

No offense, but no army's fighting doctrine is available for public consumption or available on the internet. That's a classified document.

Training, Doctrine and Policy are not for public consumption.

I don't think that information is available on the internet, or was ever available.

obviously tactics and strategies are not public but doctrine is more than that, you can see doctrine in force composition, equipment, training ect ect.... Obviously as civvies we won't know everything wrt doctrine but you can get a good idea of it.

US doctrine for example relies heavily on air superiority, SA doctrine again on high mobility
