I searched for Tinubu's colloquium speeches and I found the 2021 colloquium of 2021.

Tinubu's speech was fair, but he made some major gaffes. The one I found ridiculous was where he said that anyone who could clean a gun and shoot can repair a tractor. He also said that because you can create a logarithm in computer means you are technically inclined, no no no.
