Very few can see the handwriting on the wall, it's not a Nigeria thing, it's global, bank branches are being closed, ATM machines going out of service and decommissioned. The digital prison of the one world system is being built and people are unaware of what is coming.

I can see that you're fully awake. A lot of people don't know the evil intentions and how it aligns to their nwo agenda

Can't Nigerians get a perpetual injunction on this policy so it doesn't see the light of the day? Our lawyers in the house we need an answer to this.

Stupid government with stupid ideas . It seems buhari and his CBN boy thinks every Nigerian lives in the cities and towns with ATM and that every one is using bank apps.
What about rural farmers where there are no banks? What about the tomato sellers or petty traders who have to go to Deep rural areas to buy food items to sell in the market, how will they be transacting?

Don't call Nigeria sht hole because of this policy, we are not the first and this will not make us even among the first 20 countries will lowest cash in circulation , check how Hongkong ,Sweden, Finland etc are doing it , this is the first step toward attaining a cashless economy, Sanusi lamido has been singing this long time ago before they tied him down in kano in the name of traditional title , if we had started during his time by now we could have achieved 10,000 daily withdrawal limit

I don't think so
How many people even withdraw more than 20k daily via POS? Na between 5k to 10k vast majority dey withdraw. Above 20k withdrawal don't happen frequently and I don't think it is enough to shut down the business

POS operators would suffer greatly. They need cash in order to make profits from withdrawals. Most of them withdraw about 100k per day from OTC or via ATM.

They will get alot of cash from people. Remember people are already being discourage from making huge payments over the counter, individuals with cash will approach them to make transfers, especially those with huge cash.

Remember there would be too much money in circulation. Let me use myself as example, whenever I knew I won't be going to where ATM is, and I don't want to use POS, I make sure I withdraw enough Cash that would lasted me till next time I feel I can go to the area. Now that the daily limit is 20k, do you think I will withdraw less than this amount? Do you think if I have like 200k with me, and I will need money soon, the next thing I will do is to take it to bank where I won't be able to withdraw the same amount at once?

The policy is good if they stick to 200 denominations or less on ATM than setting a daily limit at 20k.

Besides, CBN should completely stop printing 1000 and 500 notes. Let people spend 200 down to 5 naira. Naira lost its value as a result of these higher denominations. People don't even value 50 naira anymore Let alone 20 or less.

20k but till when?
This seems to tackle politicians that has stack billions for election!

With the new currency
How will they swap their lotted cash?
With 20k per day withdrawal and just few months to election,
How will they induce and bribe voters ?
No body go wan collect old note …

I see cbn extending the expiry date for the old note
