They will make d cash available for dia agents. Even d people selling mint, where u think dey get dem from, ATM? ....nope!

Also, people will reduce d money they pay into their bank accounts since retrieving dem is becoming difficult. Dey would opt to keep cash at home thereby reducing bank patronage.

I believe with proper documentation Banks would allow more withdrawal for POS agents.. Emefiele also said they intended to make withdrawal more difficult and strict, but they have no Constitutional power to stop withdrawal of your money
