I doubt if this will go below 470s. Reason being that people are added to the pool daily. In addition the number of international students that trooped into canada in 2021 and 2022 are more than double pre-covid numbers. A good percentage of these students will be joining the pool as CECs with higher scores and will thus keep the average scores higher than pre-covid levels.

My employer gave me a supporting letter still struggled through bidding war before one application was eventually accepted.
I've been wondering why they don't construct more houses instead of fighting the source of the demand. More students and more immigrants will obviously need more housing.

I'm not sure this is entirely true. No one really knows how express entry will work once Bill c-19 is implemented. But from what Sean Fraser has said in interviews, the targeted draws will complement the existing system and not change it outright...So there may still be draws but not as frequently and CRS will likely remain high...Anyway, it's all just speculation cos only IRCC know what will happen.

Yes i agree there will be targeted draws from 2023. The purpose of my post however was to dispute your claim that CRS scores will no longer be relevant when targeted draws start. It’s still unclear exactly how the draws will be carried out, what will be targeted, or how often.

I see lots of changes bn implemented soon to ease entry as a result of COVID aftermath and Canada bn one of the host nations (USA, MEXICO) of the nxt world cup.

I do not see CRS score bn scrapped however, it might reduce drastically and lots of attention would b placed on the needed NOCs couple with more easier pathways into the country.
