Reuters must think Nigeria will raise another generation of bastards and descendants of vicious blood sucking vampire terrorists.

This is national security. The villages of these victims reject those young victims and the bastards so Reuters should investigate and blame those villages rejecting their own daughters who come home with pregnancies from terrorists.
They never bethrothed their daughters to the terrorists. In fact their daughters are victims of molestations. It is triple jeopardy asking those poor parents to feed their daughter and feed a baby they do not know the father who has probably been killes in NA air raid of terrorists camps.
Nigerian Army will only be constrained to do this for national security reasons.

Though I am a fervent antagonist of abortion and I have never done it on anyone's daughter in my over 30 Years of life one this planet.

However, I am totally in support of it, if truly the military carry out abortion on the rape victims of Boko Haram. If allowed to be, most children of these horrible terrorists shall poss more threat to the insecurity of this nation in the future.

One major ambition of terrorist groups is to divide and drive a wedge between people. These guys will take advantage of socio political instability to maintain a strong footing. For this reason the threat Nigeria faces is multifaceted, diverse and evolving.

The stark reality is that it will never be possible to stop every attack. We do not live in a surveillance state. Our response to attacks must therefore be proportionate. Since terrorism..i.e the deliberate slaughter of civilians is an antithesis to modern civilization..
..one would expect our international partners to work with us to make sure that terrorists cannot and will not change our way of life. But our so called partners seem more interested in investigating the Nigerian army than curbing terror.

One would have expected a strategic framework built on an approach that unites everybody around a single purpose, to leave no safe space for terrorists.

Lets be clear, the overarching aim remains to reduce the risk of terrorism to Nigerians so that we can go about our lives freely and with confidence. This doesnt seem to be the priority of some of our so called partners. ISWAP has been constrained significantly by the actions of the Nigerian military, not a global coalition. Every "predicted" doomsday scenario failed.

Notice each time the military enjoys a long spell of successes there is always a bombshell. Last year it was the Economist and Wallstreet Journal. This time around its Reuters.

A Reuters report that the Nigerian military ran a secret mass abortion program is making the round.
Zero substantial fact to back up this accusation. Reuters is still unable to establish who created the abortion program or determine who in the military or government ran it.

But facts don't matter it seems. They are running with the story.
What you are witnessing is another attempt to undermine Nigeria's war on terror by attacking the very institution standing in the way between terrorist organizations and the civilian populace.
This baseless accusation have been making the rounds for days and quite frankly i wouldn't even have touched on it.......until the U.S State Department spokesperson Ned Price announced yesterday that the U.S is seeking more information on Reuters over this report.

Its almost like they are sharpening their knives in anticipation. This report claims that since 2013, the Nigerian military has run a secret, systematic, and illegal abortion programme.
When terrorists kill indiscriminately, abduct school children, rape women, butcher innocent civilians it hardly raises a brow. There is hardly any outrage or call for an end to this 21st century barbarity.

Instead the Nigerian military is always the target of interest.
How does this put an end to the war on terror? They want to drown progress made by the Nigerian military in a sea of negative controversy. They seem to be more interested in demonizing the Nigerian military than seeing an end to terrorism.

Only abortion? The whole of Nigeria has been impoverished by Boko Haram through the billions of Dollars spent on combating Boko Haram, as well as Nigeria's loss of Tourism money through Boko Haram war.
Sani Yerima never understood that Islamic sharia criminal laws which he introduced to Arewa 12 states was like fetching firewood infested with red ants.
Boko Haram which emerged after says that it's fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws, the same laws adopted by the political and religious leaders of the 12 far north states in Nigeria.

Spot on...I think this boko haram thing is more about capturing innocent women as sex slaves than actually spreading islam per se...although islam still permits keeping other people as sex slaves...all evil.

Better than having Boko Haram kids on the street, some of them are angry that the government is helping them with the abortion.
