2 glasses of "half filled" drink = 1(one filled glass is one and half filled will be 1/2 so two half filled glasses will be 1)
3+ 2(1/2) × 5 = 3 + 1 × 5 = 3+5=8 (BODMAS RULE APPLIED)

Step3: from step 1, we know a wine bottle is 3 unit, hence it means the 2 glass bottles will be (7 - 3) / 2 each equals 2 unit each for a filled glass and a half glass is 1 unit.
