All the people you mentioned above are big time marketers. Almost all of them lift crude oil and bring refined product back to Nigeria. How do you expect small scale gas sellers to compete with these ones? These are people that access dollar at official rate #430

Anywayz.....my query is on getting pms at a good rate. Recently with this scarcity it was really difficult to find any.....but we sha survived.

I need some clues on how to get pms at a good rate and consistently even during scarcity.

it available I buy from dapman depots in Lagos 225 ( independent) also get from Major ( MRS oil plc) 174 self collections . You will get from pinnacles even if na 1 m litres you want. You need a depot rep in Lagos that can scout around kirikiri Lagos

Wish I operate around lagos. My stations are in asaba axis. So I buy from warri or ogharra.

The depot rep has to be very good and connected to help you load out during scarcity. Once bought ticket from A&E depot took me 2weeks to load out, this happen this December.

you have to be a dealer/ transporter under a Major marketer .You can be a roro dealer ( you own you station ) and brand it MRS oil plc or lease the station to MRS oil plc and the pay you rent ×5 year and still appoint your company dealer of of the station! Your rent will be in your code .once your truck bring in product to that station your are a dealer your only pay MRS 174 ! You earn way bill and benefit from the pms sale ( i.e discharge 1 compartment in the station) the sell the rest for 290 .if you roro dealer you buy direct at 174.
