bottle of champaign= 5
Glass of Champaign =2
But the glasses of champaign in the question are halves so 2 half glasses (1+1) = 2
Therefore;
Applying the rule of BODMAS to the equation,
3+(2x5)
3+10=13.
13 is the correct answer.

3 + (1) × 5.........1 ( each glass cup half filled)..1×1=1
