Hadith and Fikh. There are many questionable hadiths out there. I'll rather stick with teachings in the Qur'an than hadith.

Even so called Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim have been found wanting. Both are not as sound as we were made to believe at Madrasah.

Example is when the word Jihad is mentioned some think its just fight and war, the kind of fight it is they don't know

If you want to be dogmatic and reject any and all 'innovations' then you practise Islam as it was practised when prophet Muhammad was alive. Anything beyond that has schisms eg the shias.

One reason why isis was popular is because it is quite clear that just about everyone is doing their own cherry picked bastardization.

Muslims are meant to be united under a single caliphate. Not a kingdom, not a sultanate, not a democracy

And Islam has the death penalty for apostasy (leaving Islam)

And belief in God's other than Allah is a big big sin in islam
