The UK is located directly in the path of the gulf stream which entails mild summers and mild winters.
It can get very cold but unless you live in North of England or Scotland, Snowfall isn't a guarantee.
Sometimes it snows during the December period but often times snow doesn't arrive until mid January, and sometimes it doesn't even snow at all, esp in southern England.

As for the masses, one thing I've learnt and see it happen right before my face is Nigerians remain Nigeria problem, both the one in power and the ones not in power. It's the same thing from down to up, from up to down.

And for the religion part, we are not anywhere better than the irreligious folks, in fact our piety is just a facade to deceive the next man standing, so there's no point talking religion to a corrupt soul.
