It's amusing watching Oasis and iamoyindamola pretending not to know Sharia laws that stipulate death penalty for apostasy and some forms of blasphemy are developed from both Qur'an and Sunnah, not only Qur'an.

Everyone, except those two, knows what holds in a Sharia nation or state when you're convicted of blasphemy or apostasy. We see it (death penalty) at play every time in Saudi, the home of Islam, and in other Sharia countries and states.

But then, those two Muslims, which are even infidels by the standards of Saudi or North, are more knowledgeable than the muftis of Saudi and their qadis that draft Sharia laws.

Here's an analogy that explains how the Sharia law that stipulates death penalty for blasphemy and apostasy is made:

Quran: Leaving Islam after having been a Muslim is a great sin which is rewarded with hell fire (no punishment specified while the convicted is on Earth)
Qur'an: Follow all what prophet Muhammad says and does because he doesn't do or say anything of his own accord except Allah commands it.
Muhammad's Sunnah: Kill apostates.
Sharia: Combining these parts of both Qur'an and Sunnah stipulates death penalty for trialed and convicted blasphemers and apostates.
