Hi. Please I upgraded from iPhone X to Xs max but my face id isn’t fast like the x’s. Sometimes it doesn’t recognize my face. Please is there anything i can do about it? Thank you |

Solacemk:I also suspect the screen guard especially if it has scratches and covers the front camera. |

Solacemk:Firstly check out if the screen in a follow come screen Check the screen Reset the Face ID If this problem persists then take it to a phone technician, he should disconnect and reconnect the Face ID, and clean up the transparency part that is directly on the Face ID.
