Shame on the judge .... an embarrassment to other judges and the profession. Why would she go to an unprofessional .... in some dirty place that she wouldn't even consider fit for someone to live? If she was bur t by the laser machine in May .... why is she complaining months later? She was warned about the danger but went ahead with the procedure and now complaining. Seems to me she crawled in another hole and got some strong bleaching cream the seller told her would take care of the problem but ended up scorching her skin. Can't find the seller ... so throw the blame on this self declared skin therapist. She got what she paid for.

You are wise! One of the causes of troubles for people in this life is that they are restless, they're always looking for trouble upandan even when they are already settled!

The judge wanted to look better. There is nothing wrong with that, absolutely nothing.

Though there is risk in the quest to look better, things can get worse.

In Nigeria, in the course of your surgery, phone torchlight may be used, because no fuel after the surgery has commenced. In the theater, a cockroach can come through the surgical opening, and then thousands have died from such simple medical procedures, all in the name of avoidable complications. You cannot even afford an autopsy, and they all mostly watch each others back, to ensure you cannot get justice.

This judge should have signed some paper therein, like the rest of us, mitigating the surgeons liability. but of coz, she is more learned than the rest of us.

The judge has the financial resource to stop things from becoming utterly terrible. I hope she continuously has the power to intimidate and recover the amount she has lost and spent.

There are several others, who just die away after such botched procedures, because they know they will be judged and tormented to death by the public ridicule from hypocrites.

I hope others providing similar procedures are also checked.

It’s a good thing the provider that did the procedure is brought to accountability.

Are you aware there is something called, terms and condition which is alway applicable to services, it serves as a disclaimer except non was provided & signed only there can a client stand a chance of lawsuit.

I don't blame the botched centre or plastic surgeon, instead i see there client as the Mad ones, risk their your life all for what, even the cost alone should drive sane people away

Her mistake is not having a liability waiver in place. A liability waiver would have disclosed the possibilities of what the Judge is experiencing, it would state that the client is fully aware of the dangers and have accepted to go ahead with the procedure while waiving her rights to sue. The judge has seen the loophole and she has every right to take advantage of it.

If she had done that, the worse the judge would be doing now is to secretly investigate if she is licensed or not, just to find a way to close her down.
