Why are S/E people always supporting crime as long as it's their own.

The Skin therapist went and got a laser and was using it on people thereby damaging their skin.

Lasers are to be used by qualified dermatologists.

Dermatologists are medical doctors trained in skin care.

My problem with big headed people like u is that,u can't differentiate between opinion and conclusion.

Whatever i say here is my opinion and not a conclusion.

I am looking at this issue from my perspective and if u are not comfortable with it,then look else where and stop being naughty.

Calling a whole tribe shows how low u are in both thinking,reasoning and understanding.

People like u usually have nothing to contribute to issues,hence the reason why u continue to look around for faults with congested head full of stupidity.

Her mistake is not having a liability waiver in place. A liability waiver would have disclosed the possibilities of what the Judge is experiencing, it would state that the client is fully aware of the dangers and have accepted to go ahead with the procedure while waiving her rights to sue. The judge has seen the loophole and she has every right to take advantage of it.

If she had done that, the worse the judge would be doing now is to secretly investigate if she is licensed or not, just to find a way to close her down.

No liability waiver would keep Onyeagusi from going to jail because she is not a doctor and has no business carrying out laser surgeries.
