Hello everyone, please I'd like to know if it's possible for an HND certificate to be converted (through some kind of top-up programme) to a BSc certification.

If it's possible, please help with the guidelines, the available universities, the school fees, the duration, how the certificate would look like; like normal BSc cert or plagued with "part-time" on it?

If you know about KWASU's top-up programme particularly, please enlighten me.

Why would you want to convert HND to B.Sc? Please, check this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/7194807/general-usa-student-visa-enquiries-part and ask for guidance. Let me give you a bit of the tips, and you would thank me later.
Do a credential evaluation, write a GRE, apply directly to universities in the USA . You can get a Graduate Assistantship that can help you take care of your tuition. It also comes with monthly stipend. Instead of wasting another three years pursuing same level of degree, you would have gotten a master's degree in the USA, and started working; probably sending money to your loved ones in Nigeria. Forget the mentality that that HND is inferior to B.Sc. I have been there before; so, I can conveniently tell you this!

Like University of Port Harcourt offers a Post HND program for Engineering courses.. I don't know for other departments..
