So a friend has been disturbing me that he hasn't seen any outing crediting Tinubu of congratulating the President, his next point was also to answer this: did the president wish our leader Happy birthday on his most recent birthday? I didn't have an answer. Please I need answers

Tinubu sent an 80th birthday congratulatory message to Buhari yesterday. I think he was reciprocating a similar gesture extended to him by the President way back in March, this year
