But since buhari and APC took over power, they have blamed almost everybody in this country including the weather and foreign countries for their failures. Everybody knows that PDP wasn't doing well with government and that's the major reason Nigerians opted for change.

So answer my question. Were APC voted into power to be doing comparison between themselves and PDP, and start blaming everyone(including weather and foreign countries) or they were voted into power to right the wrong of PDP? Which one?
