How can Speedaf be this slow? The parcel has been on it’s way here since November

Good day senior men. Pls I don't know what is holding this parcel. I ordered for 3 items I have received 2, it's now remaining 1.
How do I stop speedaf from delivering my parcel. When I was going through post office I've never had any missing item. But since speedaf started delivering my items it has just been from one story to another.

It's funny hearing all this complains about Speedaf considering how they deliver fast 14days max and I've never had a missing item issue

It depends on your location. I prefer nipost to speedaf.

Till date nothing! I mean nothing,I have called,chat,do all manner,yet nothing.
My client self don tire for my stories, just waiting for the days to elapse and I will collect back my money

Have u gotten ur item? I'm having similar issue. Mine has been stuck since Dec 18 and no calls yet n can't even reach the delivery courier on the number provided.

My item has been stuck here since 16th of Dec...i have sent a mail to speedaf no reply...i have called their customer service...they told me it's still at the distribution center whereas it has been scanned for delivery... The courier guy to deliver the package number has been switched off since they updated the tracking details.... Make them no go return my package if dem no want make i cry ooo
