Chinjo2:Peter Obi urchins always quoting irrelevant leaders who have no followers and have never won any election in their lifetime as authorities on Yoruba politics. A Peter Obi sponsored candidate has never won election in Anambra state not to talk about south east. Why? Igbos can’t even trust their states with Peter Obi but they want the rest of the country to handover our country to him out of tribal sentiments. Not going to happen. |

Kaycee9242:"Nice question" that you ask and answer yourself? Only a mad man or hateful IPOBians and Biafrans would deny that Tinubu, by far, is universally acclaimed the best political leader in Nigeria post 1999. Is this even a choice? Why would Yorubas choose anyone else their regional Premier when the USA, the most powerful nation in the world by far, are siting their biggest consulate in the universe at Eko Atlantic Tinubu conceived as one of the most important climate change solution in the history of Africa? Tinubu and his team areacvieving pan-African pioneer achievement, such as first metro intra-City rail network in West Africa and you people are talking Obi and Atiku? Seriously? Yorubas are not daft like IPOBains who continue to back empty Obi who did nothing for the devastating erosion ravaging Anambra. Yorubas are also not like docile and suppressed Northerners who want to vote their arrogant oppressor, who lives in Dubai and avoid giving them the basics all others have, into power to visit more elitist oppresion on them that has not changed for 60 years now. You Obi and Atiku fans are clowns. Create an issue-based thread where either Obi or Atiku can even reach Tinubu's ankle per pivotal and universally acclaimed achievement and I will meet you on that thread. |

[quote author=diadem10 post=119376647]Will you keep quiet? Miention any governor with any achievement as Tinubu? Without Tinubu, Lagos would have been a ghost town like calabar which was also a previous capital. Yeye dey smell You can't gag me! Was Lagos, a "ghost town" in 1999 when the jagaban of lagos agberos came to town? The ONLY visible achievement of your jagaban is the empowerment of miscreants in the city. |

The mumu zombiedients ![]() Were the folks who voted him in 1992 , 1999 and 2003 aliens?? That man has been dominating SW politics since 2007. That should tell you his level of acceptability amongst the Yoruba people . There are different men for different season . There was Oranmiyan There was Bashorun Ogunmola There was Ajayi Crowther There was Awolowo There was Abiola This is the time of Tinubu and another person will emerge after him. That is life Not even Obasanjo , a 3 time ruler of Nigeria could contend with Asiwaju in the SW. You can hate the man but God has decided to bestow leadership of the SW on him. That's the reason why Osinbajo was easily blown away at the convention. |

Superwave16320:Osun state is work in progress for LP. They will need a few election cycles to become contentious in the state. But the fact remains that a ruling party, the APC, the party of Ahmed Bola Tinubu and his nephew the incumbent governor, convincingly lost an election they otherwise would have won if BVAS did not set things right. Let me remind you that Tinubu will lose Lagos presidential polls to LP and Peter Obi in February. |

00FFT00:Tinubu is an indigene of Lagos and Lagos is his political base. He has never lost an election in Lagos whether directly or indirectly. In addition, he has presented candidates that have been winning elections in all south west states and Kwara at different times since 2007. Peter Obi has not even won his local government since leaving office. Guy abeg, go away with your Pandora failure candidate. Can’t waste my time arguing over that irrelevant candidate. |

Dsalvo:Am sorryto inform you that, I do not have a preferred candidate for the coming sham (presidential) election in 2023. Nigeria's problem cannot be solved simply by personnel changes. Nobody ( born by a woman) can save Nigeria. Get the best brains in the world together, pick the best one of the bunch i.e Obama, multiply his IQ by a factor of 10 and then ask him or her to govern Nigeria. He will fail, fantastically!! One Nigeria is a sham. |

I agree with you total but you Igbo father will be willing to stake real money on that. I will go one step further n make you an offer you can not resist if Peter Obi see half Tinubu's vote in Lagos you win double any amount of our bet. So if we bet say 100K if Obi see half of tinubu's vote I will pay 200K against you 100K but if he does not you will only lose the 100K you bet. How about that. 00FFT00: |
