You have Tinubu thinking out of the box to establish an independent lanes for BRT away from the usual act of governors across Nigeria. That is a man with greater foresight.

Lagos is trying, just imagine the number of people trooping into that state daily, it is a sub-national entity that cannot even regulate her own borders. You have millions living in that small state without special status.

If the FG give Lagos the power to regulate her migrants, trust me it will be extremely easier to plan and make the population productive. Most of Lagos population are not productive for the government tax wise. We both know this.

Just let half of Lagos population troop to Ekiti for example, and let’s see how their transport agency can create traffic free roads for such magnitude.
