He built for example LAMATA which was established in 2002. That institution brought lot of reforms that’s transformational and it outlast Tinubu regime to this day. You have them building ferries, BRT lines, rail lines, and etc. They are semi-autonomous with their own board.

You have Tinubu thinking out of the box to establish an independent lanes for BRT away from the usual act of governors across Nigeria. That is a man with greater foresight.

Other governor in other states just buy buses, and when their successor come, they sell it off and buy another one which kills the system. That’s because they never built institutions which can outlast their regime.


LAMATA is just one example. You have footprints of Tinubu in other institutions like that.
