I've hosted before with them and it ended in tears but they are better than qserver. Go for Namescheap hosting they are perfect.

just that their price for .com
is expensive as to compare to

but all the same, they are good

So bad you only took poor reviews only, you forgot the good ones. Anyway I have been using their domain and hosting service for 3 years now. I have also changed name servers to others like ezoic free hosting service etc.
Seriously I don't have issues with them I even get a 99 or 100 on gtmetrix and google page speed.

Well in ever service there must be a bad review, check adsense, the review from that platform is so poor, but they are still one of the best ad company so far

This hosting is a very bad hosting stay away from them except you are a staff You will get hurt soon. They took down my service recently when it was still active They claim their is abuse which was false. I don’t even do anything on the site It’s just a news blog they have poor customer support i sent mail to them without response up till now I am unable to get my backup

I am no staff, but ask your self of what use will they take down your site if there's nothing to gain from it?
Did you go through their T&C?

You guys create blogs and publish contents as you like without checking out T&C

Like I said it's 2 years going to 3 no ban, no issues I have more than 2 of my clients website in there, also my articyle are written mostly by me from scratch.

I would advice you contact on WhatsApp or email them with another Email account in other rectify issues probably your site was reported by someone.

I will also advice you next time get a backup plan. All my site data are been backup every week. You won't be pained as this.

You were even lucky some hosting provider won't even send you a message.

That hosting is a very bad hosting bro I tried them for like a year and half when they just started they have a very bad customer service and they are unreliable they also access cpanel from backdoor without users consent to perform frivolous tasks

Can I take a look at the details of the hosting plan you bought from them?

No hosting will terminate your service without notifying you. I have used all the top hosting in the world in the past 15years none will ever do such. Due to high cost that was reason why I choose This Truehost and it was with great regret a very bad hosting . I sent them several messages till now they fail to give access to get my database I have already reactivate my blue host service which I was using before trying this bad Truehost . Just to get my files and get back on

(This is not a paid review) i am currently using truehost and as i write am i PAINED!! I regret EVER signing up on truehost, i have 4 different services , including cloudhosting , with almost 100 domains in total, plus i have referred a couple of people to truhost when the going was good some years ago.
Truehost is the WORST hosting company on earth, literally!

one of my hosting account with about 12 sites was migrated to a different server due to slowness of the previous and despite assurance that the migration would take just 3 hours and that all the sites would be intact, ALL THE SITES ARE DOWN and it's 24hours already!!

i raised tickets, sent emails, chatted them...NO RESPONSE, NO RESOLUTION !!

a similar incident happened few months ago, hosted a clients site on a cloud hosting with truehost, the hosting account they gave kept having issues and their support were so unprofesssional about it, despite several complaints, i ended up leaving that account and moved the site somewhere else!

Truehost is a very bad hosting company, very unethical, very unprofessional and very careless , with a very useless support system that hardly ever respond to cases.

I swear my life , i had money before i went gambling and lost all, out of stranded, i had to move to truehost for website hosting
Let me go straight to the point, my money is wasted, poor user interface and also just total nonsense, even the index.html i uploaded is showing my site as waste
Truehost and family are bastards

I also had bad experience with their server. Had it been I knew before now, I won't have hosted my site on their server. I do not recommend anyone to use their hosting service.
