Kwankwaso's Strategy by thinkmoney(op): 8:20pm On Dec 27, 2022
If you are hoping that Kwankwaso that just mocked Tinubu that he bedwets is going to step down for the same Tinubu at some point, then you really don't know much.
I am certain I know a lot about politics in Nigeria. I predicted long time ago that Kwankwaso will stay to the very end just to spoil Tinubu and Atikus chances. He believes now that he only have a chance after Obi.

I believe he wants more. He is being strategic. In his mind of mind he wouldn't want a Tinubu or Atiku to be president.

Most elites don't want Tinubu or Atiku because they are power drunk and just like Buhari, they would not listen to anybody. Many of them are missing Gej.
Kwankwaso would prefer obi. Obi presidency would create chance for him in 2027 or 2031.

But he knows it is either a tinubu or atiku that realistically has a chance to win.

The problem with 0people like you is that you can't think outside the box. Its is reasonably clear to Kwankwaso now that he has no chance. so why do you think he is still staying put and even increasing is efforts at campaigning that we know is expensive?
He knows that of the leading candidates, if a muslim Tinubu and a Muslim Atiku succeeds a Muslim Buhari then another chance of a muslim president succeeding this people after 4 or 8 years is just unimaginable
Re: Kwankwaso's Strategy by ItsTutsi(m): 10:14pm On Dec 27, 2022
Kwankwasso is contesting to gain enough support for his preferred Gubernatorial candidate in Kano State

If he doesn't support Atiku is understandable, because after 8yrs of Atiku it will go back to south!

But why are u insisting his supporting PO, why not Tinubu if both are southerners?

Kwankwaso is not really in the race for Tinubu, he wants to secure Kano for NNPP because that's his only bargaining chip for the 2027 election and possibly beyond. He wants to gradually expand NNPP to become a regional party which will earn him power brokerage rights

If he steps down for anyone, NNPP may lose Kano governorship and house of assembly seats

From this your question, it clear that you lack understanding of Nigerian politics.. he's campaigning for his inlaw in jigawa and all the places he has commissioned office..... better face reality, he's not supporting Obi but if Obi wins he has more chance in next election and again if he step down, nobody would take him serious in the future...

I don't get how you didn't see where I explained why he wouldn't want both Tinubu and Atiku. I want to believe we can't have three muslim presidents in a roll or three northern presidents in a roll. I hope you understand now
Re: Kwankwaso's Strategy by ItsTutsi(m): 12:02am On Dec 28, 2022
Why can't we have 3 Muslims? If Tinubu wins, 2031 when its zoned to north, it will be a muslim

Kwankwanso is doing a very good job for Peter Obi. In fact, what he is doing now is better than being Obi's vice.

I need the link to the thread wear he said Tinubu is bedwetting. grin

As a northerner, who do you want/expect us to vote?

Remove emotions, and speak with logic

I try to apply logic always. As a southerner for example, I voted for Buhari against Jonathan when I believed that Bugari is less corrupt, then when I saw how ineffective Buhari was, I voted for Atiku the last time out.
Obi is better than the other 2candidates when measured by all the vital parameters. So I expect you to apply logic, for the good of the nation and vote Obi. Shikena.
You northerners should start doing better. You should start behaving like a really civilised and progressive people
Re: Kwankwaso's Strategy by ItsTutsi(m): 3:01pm On Dec 28, 2022
Lol your not talking from logic but sentimental and subjective reason

You want me to leave a competent and progressive Tinubu who has made Lagos what it is today, who has built men.. for PO who has miserably failed in all aspect of governance(Even according to igbo) in Anambra State

Tinubu beats Atiku and PO in every indices of competence, achievements and human development

The truth is PO us nothing but an Igbo candidate and I know ur supporting because of that.. I was not expecting anything different from you

I just told you of several other candidates from different tribes I have supported because I believed at that point in time they were better. But typically, you don't just understand.
I tell you wholeheartedly, that there are things you do not grasp now probably because of your personality. You may understand later or even never.
One way you have disappointed is to say Tinubu that did relatively nothing in is 8years built lagos. Lagos that have been the centre of everything from about 500years? Lagos that had beautiful administrators like lateef Jakande? Lagos that the federal government until just about 30years ago was sinking our commonwealth in? I will refer you to one of my posts. https://www.nairaland.com/7493731/special-lagos
You need to read more. Study history especially and read about other countries and cities with similar standings and potentials to lagos to know what you should really celebrate
