Go and engage the services a Quantity surveyor to give you an estimate and pay his professional fees.

Why then will I post the question here if I need the services of a professional at this point. If you don't know something or probably know it but don't want to share your opinion why not pass. Will you have to display your ignorance. This is why the country is where it's now. How then do I know what to look out for if I don't have prior knowledge of what I'm about to do. Thank you

Now, you're asking for the cost of painting a 3 storey building. You didn't state location, type of paint and other important things.
