United can't sign everyone...! They already spent a lot on Antony, Casemiro, Malacia, and Martinez.

United has a good attacking frontline and one of the best midfields in the EPL currently.

Their biggest issue now is that defense...especially the defensive flanks. Once they sort that out, they are good to go.

Imagine if they had retained Mane. By now, they would have had Mane, Salah and Gakpo.
Every good team needs a formidable front 3 to conquer. Just like the MSN days of Barca.
Liverpool really messed up in letting Mane go. Dude was their best player for many seasons consistently, yet they kept citing technicalities for refusing to pay him.
I was in a similar situation some years back in a place I worked. I left just like Mane did and got better offers

they now have a lot of attackers Salah, Diaz, jota, gakpo, firminho, Nunez and chamberlain. So they would have to let one of their attacker go most notable is chamberlain and maybe firminho. Also I think Liverpool need another midfielder an attacking midfielder would be nice. I am not a Liverpool fan but an arsenal fan but I have always felt that Liverpool could be stronger than they currently are if they have spent like mancity on players.

Mane wanted to return to Germany. A good move for his career at 29. A slower league with last chance to cash out big.

LFC could not afford two ageing stars in Salah and Mane on around £18 to 20m salary. Mane leaving made the choice of Salah easier. Remember that European clubs always doubt the football age of Sub-Saharan Africans. E22m salary is a gamble for Bayern at this point.

Mane deserved around 200 to 250k weekly since around 2018 at LFC. I think his agent did a bad job.

Nunez has been good enough since he arrived. He needs to be more disciplined, keep his cool, have more belief and make better decisions in the opposition box, when to go it alone or pass the ball. Most strikers experience this in their first season at a new club.

With Gakpo and Nunez, LFC now have two good headers of the ball forward. With set pieces, Van Dijk, Konate and Matip can also chip in with a header or two.

Manchester united currently has just rashford in that forward that can actually compete
Martial to me is made of glass and can't score more than 6goals a season

Anthony came to united to showboat skills and pass the ball back

If united finish top 4 it will be because Chelsea bleeped up and Newcastle slipped next year

United needs an aggressive striker and winger that can compete with

Haaland. Nunez, gakpo, Jesus etc

Without an aggressive striker

Another europa next season

3rd is within the grasp of a surging and fast rising Newcastle!
