It is one hell of an experience but let's hear from you. How are you coping.

We pray that the years of unemployment has come to an end today. Good jobs shall be our portion as we search for jobs, AMEN.

As for me I have a job but in my own view, it's not enough with respect to the high inflation of basic commodities in the market at the moment. I have relocated to a low income flat in a remote village so I could pay the rent easily without hesitation. and on the matter of security, I've taken it upon myself to secure myself and property from thieves or robbers. As a graduate in Nigeria, if u don't have multiple sources of earning funds, you'll be sorry for yourself. Then flying thoughts will occupy your sense of reasoning making you feel like a failure. Offourse you probably are not a failure instead it's the kind of government that is piloting the affairs of the country. I'm sorry to say that Nigeria has gone aback in all ramifications that pertains it. In 2015 when APC removed the incumbent PDP government from power, I knew Nigeria will go back instead of going forward and innovation because of the leader we have naively brought onboard. I experienced buhari first hand in the 80s and it wasn't a good experience. Now we have brought him again and he made it worse. Needless to say much or trigger harsh emotions because of my stand on buhari, let's get it right coming this February 2023 and vote whom you know that can pilot the affairs of this country both in wisdom and integrity. Am not pointing fingers but as an individual don't put selfish interest because of what you stand to gain if your 'supposed candidate' wins. Don't be surprised that you'll find yourself on the 2nd reserve bench in this field called Nigeria.

"Ambition without knowledge is like paddling a boat on dry land"

Vote wisely.....

It was a horrible experience. It may not be your making that you're unemployed, however it's personal decision to remain idle doing nothing.
You can still be successful without a white collar job. White collar job whose pay can hardly sustain an individual let alone one's family.

I've been managing, I do make some money here and there once in awhile but it's barely enough, if I was only responsible for myself I'd be living fine with alot of savings, but there's so much responsibility on me it's weighing me down, I'm not married yet, I am in my twenties but I feel like an old man because of so much responsibility and dependents, guess it's the price you pay for having younger siblings, I always put Thier needs before mine, lately I have been trying to diversify, I never had a job as I do so many things online to earn my money, and I look forward to adding more income streams this year, this is why I am learning skills like programming to see if I can find remote jobs, anyone who has ideas please hook a brother up, I am not begging for money or anything, I just need update, I am willing to learn, or pay for credible and valuable info that would help boost my finances.

I need funding to get a clipper, rent a space and basic furniture to start a barbing saloon as I finished learning barbing since middle of last year.

You need just a clipper to start barbing business. How much have you saved to buy a clipper? .... or are you waiting for someone to gift or buy you one? You want torrent and place. .. have fancy chair and the nines to start a barbing business..... can't you start at the bottom? If you get a spot tomorrow ... fancy chair .. mirror ... lights and a 55 inch TV.... do you really believe people will run off the street to have you style or butcher their hair? Bro... with your circumstances... you need to start from the bottom. Get a clipper.... then a sturdy chair ... a bench ... 4 cement blocks stacked ... or whatever for the client to sit on..... and that's the humble beginning of your barbing career and to earn money daily. Charge a verrrry cheap price... like a quarter of the standard price .... the aim is to attract clients and advertise your skill. If you're good.... word of mouth will bring you clients. If adults don't want to take the chance ... grab the local small local kids and trim for free.... they will run around and advertise. As it is now.... your skill is useless if not used.

Very sad one, I have been unemployed since June last year, things have been extremely difficult for me, my wife and 10months old son. I can’t even afford money to feed them not talk of buying my son’s diapers. We’ve become laughing stock to people and this is taking is toll on my son cos I can’t afford his food. In short. I’m tired of this life. I hope and pray I get a job this year. As I’m telling you we have absolutely nothing to feed on, I’m thinking of how I can get even if it’s 1k to get them something to eat. Tears dropping. Pls let me stop here.

Don't push the blame on God. God never forgot anyone. It is your thieving and and wicked political leaders that you idolise daily who have sucked the wealth of Nigeria dry.

Whilst they and their children live in affluence, the youths and the masses are consigned to penury and suffering. Put the blame where it belongs
