So I read the news on FP that Nigeria Police has transferred all officers at the Ajah police station where the killer of the female lawyer was stationed .The police premises their transfer on the fact that punch newspapers did an expose on policemen from the division caught on camera drinking :



The hypocrisy of Nigeria police authorities ehn…. Most of the police stations are very close to beer parlors where they regularly sit to drink and smoke while on duty . Even the infamous Lion Building on Lagos island is sited beside hotel Campbell(on Campbell street ) where the policemen smoke weed and drink alcoholic drinks with their guns placed on their laps on a daily basis .

Maybe they should start by making it illegal for police station and drinking joints to co-exist side by side .

Yeah there were many studio gangsters in that era but there are also a number of them like 50 cent, Cypress Hill and Fat Joe from the 90s who are certified.

I wouldn’t call Biggie a studio gangster. He had spent time in jail for drug dealing and illegal firearms possession before he became a famous MC. He was not a major gangster or anything but he definitely had some street cred.

Nas on the other hand isn’t associated with gangsta rap and I don’t think he even ever claimed to be one.
