From the bolded it clearly states Whoever, meaning whether Jews, Nigerians, Martians etc that believed in him can do much more of his works. And from what we agreed in, his works include preaching the word and miracle works.
Its either you have a severe lack of comprehension skills, dyslexic or just plain cretarded.

Sleeping and waking cycle or Circadian rhythm is controlled by the SCN (suprachiasmatic nucleus) present in the hypothalamus, which lies in the brain stem. Inputs come from lights etc.
So no one is in charge of turning on or off your lights or consciousness, and its definitely not a miracle

Now this is the definition of a miracle from an official source.

A miracle is an event that is inexplicable by natural or scientific laws and accordingly gets attributed to some supernatural or praeternatural cause.

Now, the question is, does science explain the phenomenon? Yes, it does.
Is it a miracle then? No, it isn't.
What you are doing(god-of-the-gap) is a regular pastime for people back in those days like 17th and 18th century folks. They believed lightning, flood, drought, epidemics, miscarriages, misfortunes etc were caused by the gods, and thus committed murders in the name of sacrifices, appeasing these gods. Now these gods were known by different names, depending on locations. Horus, Zeus, Huītzilōpōchtli, Thor etc. I can't say they were ignorant, because these information we have available now, wasn't then. But in your own case, these information are readily available, but you still decided to choose wilful ignorance and declined to educate yourself, and still gleefully god-of-the-gapping yourself to stupor.
And to imagine you claim to be an Intelligence officer… interesting
