Please house, I was trying to transfer N44,000 to my Opay account tied to my phone number but transferred the cash into an old Opay account of mine with a strange account number 5544******.

I have initiated chat inside Opay app but whenever I narrate my ordeal, the person at the chat console will end the chat session.
Also whenever I call, and my call is picked up, the customer care agent ends the call or remains silent.

I have mailed Opay customer care and dropped the complaint in the chat console.
Please advice me, how to go about retrieving my cash

Oga reset the password to the old account and login. Since you still have your opay account details

Yeah, you are right. I later discovered it was an okash repayment account I no longer use. Instantly I called opay but once somebody picked the call and I narrated my plight, the call goes mute. I tried severally but no way.

I searched for okash app, and logged in but discovered that the money was not in my dashboard, I called okash customer care numbers but the numbers were not going through. I mailed them and they told me it could take up to three days before reversal.

Now they no longer reply to my emails. I took another loan to recoup my money, after a week, Now they are calling me with recorded voice messages to repay. Once they chatted me on whaatsapp and I replied with the screenshot of the erroneous transfer, they never use whatsapp to contact me again.

I have vouched not to pay them a dime until I receive a live call from them, listen to my own side of the story and refund my N44,000,
