Go and employ your village chief for 30k

That an organization is just growing up, is no excuse to enslave workers with a paltry 30k in today's Nigeria. In fact, it's partly because it's still a growing organization that you shouldn't pay peanuts, to set good precedence and standard.

Or would you rather patronize a restaurant that just recently opened but sold at a high price? Very bad for business!

Business owners usually start operation at a discounted price to spawn patronage, even when doing so portends a relative loss at first.

No qualified teacher would give in their best with such meagre; besides, poor wage naturally attracts poor workers and vice-versa.

We must join hands to sanitize this fecal country by discouraging this kind of inhumanness. It's not good for human and capital development.
